Grounding is rooting, it is a connection with the Earth, it is an opportunity to feel whole and fulfilled. To be grounded means to live life to the fullest, without discarding any of its components, it is an opportunity to live in the material world, to enjoy the benefits and opportunities of physical life; be healthy and rich; act in this world, in this life, today and now; is to love and be loved; it is to create and dream and make dreams come true; it is to be here and now.

Very often, those who engage in meditation and spiritual practices concentrate their energy in the head area and it does not sink lower at all.
They become a balloon and fly around in their dreams... But in the material world nothing changes or the situation gets worse. This is expressed in financial difficulties, problems with work, diseases of the legs, spine, and skeletal system. In order for changes to occur in material life, you need to be grounded. Let's look at ways to help you ground yourself. Many of these methods are familiar to you; they are easy and do not require additional time, but are very effective. To get the most grounding, try to do them mindfully.

Nutrition.
What foods will help you be more grounded?
These are almost all root vegetables (carrots, beets, potatoes, turnips, radishes, onions...) Everything that grows in the ground and plus everything that is red. You can use them either separately or in combinations (which is what we do in life). Just pay attention, maybe you are ignoring some of the root vegetables?
3 way.
Movement, physical activity, sports.
You activate your physical body and begin to feel it. Swimming works very well here. Water covers approximately 71% of the Earth's surface. Water in lakes, rivers, seas and oceans perfectly helps relieve the burden of problems, fatigue, energetic and emotional dirt. Even swimming in the pool copes with this task. Foot massage.
In the center of the feet there are chakras, the main task of which is to ensure our connection with the Earth and conduct the Earth’s energy throughout the entire energy body.
The photo accurately shows the location of the chakras. It is in this part that blocks and problems often arise. Often these chakras are blocked.

In this case, your task is to feel the movement of energy from the feet. Most likely, if there are problems, it won’t work out quickly. Perhaps you will feel better in one leg, which means work more with the second so that sensitivity appears in it too. Just do it!

Even just a pedicure, manicure, face masks make you feel your body, its needs and take care of it

Salt baths, caves.
Salt baths are excellent for grounding. Just fill the bath with water and add salt, preferably coarse sea salt. Salt will not only cleanse your energy, but will also work on grounding.
Now I regularly, 2 times a week, go to the salt cave (salt therapy). The condition after it is amazing. If you have the opportunity to buy at least a few visits to the salt cave, do it!
7. House cleaning
I deliberately took it to a separate point and did not connect it with physical activity. These are different things and you shouldn’t replace one with the other!
And if before cleaning or during cleaning you give the information: “I am clearing everything unnecessary and heavy from my head and energy, everything that needs to be gotten rid of,” then the result will be multifaceted!
Even without such an installation, the energy that is at your top during cleaning is organized and descends evenly throughout your body.
Why do we often feel tired but satisfied after cleaning?
The body hums (if it has been diligently cleaned), this is a clear sign of grounding (especially when the legs hum, but there is no heaviness at the bottom of the legs)

Any work on the ground, with the ground. Even if these plants are on your window or balcony at home. It is important that they are well-groomed, that you replant them, loosen them, and water them. Even finding flowers at home already anchors energy and reminds us of the earth.
What happens when you ground yourself
By paying enough attention to the physical aspect of your being, you automatically tune into the frequencies of our planet. This leads to the fact that the energy flow coming from the Earth flows freely into the root chakra. It is filled with the energy required for the full existence and nutrition of the human body.
When grounding, the sacral center, which symbolizes the water element, connects with the earth element, represented by the feet. Both of them are saturated with the energy flows of the Sun, which pass downward through the upper limbs and body.
Some people believe that for full grounding it is enough to simply walk barefoot on snow, pebbles or grass. Undoubtedly, this procedure is extremely useful and pleasant for most people, as long as you do not wander into anthills or heavily snowed areas, and also avoid hypothermia in winter. However, that alone is not enough. The connection of heaven and earth must be carried out both on the physical and mental levels, with the simultaneous cleansing of the unstable astral (or otherwise called emotional) body.
If translated into simple human language, grounding is the establishment of a stable connection between a person and the Earth. When it is lost, you feel like you are immersed in an illusory fantasy world. Clarity of thinking disappears, you cannot choose and focus on the main thing. The energy of your thoughts and ideas fails to anchor in the Earth. Let's figure out how to restore this connection in order to correct the current situation.
Body massage and self-massage.
When I talk about self-massage, I mean patting the body. I give this exercise in “Tibetan self-healing practices”. Make your hands into a boat (palms) and pat your entire body. There is space between the hand and the body (a kind of vacuum massage). Walk over the entire body without missing a single centimeter. I won’t even talk about the benefits of professional massage.
11th way.
Communication with nature.
Here you can walk barefoot on the grass, lie down on the ground, and communicate with trees. Just a walk in the park, forest, mountains. Enjoying nature.
Well, being in caves is simply an amazing opportunity to ground yourself.
Grounding Meditation
♦ Take a comfortable chair with a straight back and sit on it. Feet should be on the floor, hands should be on hips, preferably with palms up. Don't cross your arms and legs. ♦ Try to completely relax, close your eyes, forget about everyday worries for a while. You can take 10 slow breaths in and out to completely free your mind. ♦ Visualize a rod, rope, tree trunk or something similar through which energy flows from you to the center of the Earth. If you are a man, the cord should come from the base of the spine, if you are a woman, from the area between the ovaries (Muladhara chakra). ♦ Another option is to imagine that the weight of your body is slowly flowing through your legs into the depths of the Earth. Feel it there, feel how the Earth supports you, gives you elasticity, gently pushes you up, not allowing you to fall. At a certain point you will begin to feel a connection with her. ♦ Perform this exercise with the same frequency and duration as the previous ones.
Remember that to be grounded means to be aware, to fully feel your body, to understand where you are, to be in the moment “here and now.” By achieving this, you will help your Higher Self to connect with your being, which will lead to the harmonization of all chakras and the evolution of the body at the cellular level. You will no longer have to run away from reality in an exhausted state.
Be grounded
Grounding is a term that is used very often in healing, but yet different people have completely different meanings for it.
To be grounded means to be in your body, aware of where and what environment you are in, “present” in that place and ready to respond to whatever happens.
If you experience bodily discomfort, mental discomfort, perhaps feel excess energy or feel exhausted after a session for yourself or a healing session for another person, if you have signs of a healing crisis (HC), then perform the grounding technique.
There are several grounding methods. Choose the one that suits you best.
Grounding
is a simple and amazingly effective process that ensures the achievement or maintenance of contact with earthly energy. This is very important in all forms of meditation or mediumship as a means of keeping your being in touch with its physical manifestation, which is your body.
Grounding Position 2: Squatting
Squatting also helps in grounding. To do this, your feet should be parallel, pressed to the floor and as close to each other as possible, as in the picture below.
In this case, the body weight falls on the middle of the foot. You can squat for 5-10 minutes or as you feel sufficient.

This exercise cleanses the energy channels of your feet and legs very well, promoting the further flow of energy up the body.
You can perform both grounding positions daily or alternate between them.

Mental techniques
These grounding exercises use mental distractions to help redirect your thoughts away from unpleasant feelings and toward the present.
Read something from memory.
Think of a poem, song, or passage from a book that you know by heart. Read it quietly or to yourself. If you are saying words out loud, focus on the shape of each word on your lips and mouth. If you are saying words in your mind, visualize each word as if you were seeing it on the page.
Use an anchor phrase.
It could be something like: “I am my full name. I'm X years old. I live in a city, region. Today is Friday, June 3rd. 10:04 am. I'm sitting at my desk at work. There is no one else in the room." You can expand the phrase by adding details until you feel calm, for example: “It's raining a little, but I can still see the sun. It's my break time. I'm thirsty, so I'm going to make a cup of tea."
Visualize an activity that you enjoy or don't mind doing.
For example, if you like to do laundry, think about how you fold your finished laundry. “Clothes come out of the dryer warm. Things are soft and a little hard at the same time. They are easy to carry in the basket, even if they fall over the top. I lay them out on the bed so they don't get wrinkled. I fold the towels first, shake them before folding them in half, then in half again,” and so on.
Imagine leaving painful feelings behind.
Imagine how you: -gather emotions together, crumple them and place them in a box; - leave, swim away, ride a bicycle or jog away from painful sensations; - imagine your thoughts as a song or TV show that you don't like, change the channel or turn down the volume - they are still there, but you don't need to listen to them.
Water
Pure water is an invaluable conductor of new energy; along with it, the body cleanses and rejuvenates. The human body itself is mostly composed of water. By drinking pure water, a person accepts its energy and conducts the element of the planet itself into his body.
Swimming and being near natural sources of water are also ways to ground yourself. Despite the fact that water and earth are inherently different concepts, we are talking about the Earth as a Planet, so the element of its life is a good way to bring the energy of the planet into your body.
Salt baths
When you become ungrounded, your etheric field extends far beyond your physical body. This is why you feel like you are losing touch with reality.
Rubbing with salt soap or scrub, as well as bathing in a salt bath, narrows the boundaries of your etheric field, literally returning you to your body. This method is highly recommended after any energy and meditative practices.
If it is not possible to take a bath with salt, do salt foot baths before bed, this will remove negative energy, so your sleep will be deeper and more relaxing.
